This was Monday...brought my camera with me on our trip to Bath, on a quest for color - bright, juicy, sunny palettes to replace the drab hues of grey winter days. There was much color to be found! The first surprise, this painted van -I checked out their site here and was very inspired by this cause.

This beautiful building houses the famous Marnee's Cookies

The bright orange and pink colors are just so fun!

So many delicious cookies, I want them all! They are the best cookies I have ever tasted.

It's a kid-friendly place with lots of colorful toys!

I like four sugars in my coffee..sometimes five.

A few colorful things that caught my eye...

So far no one has guessed what the mystery photo is (from three blog posts ago). Here's another photo (below), taken in the same place, to serve as a big hint. If you are the first person to guess the venue, you receive a free magnet of your choice from my Etsy Shop...If you guessed before, feel free to take a crack at it again.

At the car wash, at the car wash, yeah.
Yeah?
That's my guess!
Such beautiful photographs Susan!
I think Jeannine is right with her guess.
Love that art van. What a great place to take the kids for cookies.

Of course the car wash!! Given that I haven't given my car a bath in some time it's evident why my brain didn't go there!!!
Love all this colour -- ooohhhh...just what my soul needed to see (and one of those cookies wouldn't be a bad idea either -- no it would be a bad idea -- but it would be good to have!!!!).
4 or 5 sugars?!?! No wonder you ar so "sweet"!!!

Bonjour Susan! LOVE, LOVE, LOVE your pictures, the colors, the composition, your poetic-goes-design style. Oh, we would have a great time going out together for a photo hunting journey! I am a color freak too...Some unexpected sights of the perfect mix of colors and composition, be it a landscape, an out of nowhere sudden subject or a sudden flash makes me so happy and out of the breath... These are moments that I ADORE in life... Have a great weekend and come and visit more often! LuLu
Such beautiful photos! I'm going to take a crack at the mystery photo.....is it out of the back windshield of a car? I almost want to say it's taken from under ice, lol....wherever it was taken, it's a great pic!
You can´t be serious, Susan - four "bags" of sugar, sometimes five????????
No sugar for me.
BUT... I like your sweet pictures :) All the joyful colors!!
O.K. I really thought I had it last time. So I'm still going to say windows, sky lights maybe, with snow on them now. or ice from the ice storm this week. HA!!! That has to be it. Love, Lisa
Nevermind....Car wash!!!!OH
